NJPCA and its network of CHCs are committed to improving health care for the underserved populations in New Jersey. We work toward achieving clinical outcomes and understanding the latest treatment trends.

The NJPCA and its members are working towards the planning and adoption of a quality focused information technology system. Our clinical focus is a fully integrated statewide system that will incorporate performance measurement data, specific core measures, and a structure to showcase on-going quality improvement. This information system will include a uniform electronic medical record, evidence based practice guidelines as well as clinical data collection and analysis systems.
