Date: December 12, 2015, Saturday (because a five day work week is just not enough)
Time: 10am-3pm Training; 3pm-4:30 Networking Reception
Location: Hotel Woodbridge, 120 Wood Avenue South, Iselin, New Jersey 08830
(Conveniently located within a block of the Metropark train station in Iselin/Edison or f you are driving, the hotel has an abundance of free parking)

NACHC will provide training to develop a model for success, creating a culture of collaborative leadership. This training will provide practical guidance on how to establish, build, and maintain leadership to strengthen the quality of governance. Areas covered in this training include Legal and Problem Responsibilities, Financial Responsibilities, and Qualities of a High Performing Board. This training will explore the different roles of the board and the CEO, identify specific ways of clarifying mutual communication expectations to support each other, learn how to build strategic alliances to accelerate the needs of the health centers, and gain ideas on how to strengthen the boards performance.
