HEALTH INSURANCE OUTREACH AND ENROLLMENT
New Jersey Health Centers have a critical role in educating the public and signing them up for health insurance. This effort is called outreach and enrollment. As providers of healthcare for all people who live in New Jersey, Community Health Centers continuously educate and assist patients in determining their eligibility for state, federal, or community programs. NJPCA, in turn, assists Health Centers in their outreach and enrollment team members through technical and training assistance.

As CDOs, each FQHC provides free enrollment assistance into the Health Insurance Marketplace and NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid/CHIP) to their patients and community members.
