NJPCA Resource: Healthcare Provider Toolkit for Treating Preeclampsia

NJPCA partnered with the Preeclampsia Foundation to develop Treating Preeclampsia: A Toolkit for Federally Qualified Health Centers in New Jersey, an evidence-based resource designed to help clinical teams strengthen the early recognition, management, and follow-up of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, including preeclampsia.

The toolkit includes practical clinical guidance, patient educational materials, and an accompanying webinar to support training and integration into clinical practice.

The following patient education materials developed by the Preeclampsia Foundation support health centers in providing education to pregnant and postpartum patients on prevention, symptom recognition, postpartum warning signs, and long-term health after preeclampsia.

Resources are available in English and Spanish, with select materials also offered in Haitian Creole.
