DATA RESOURCES

NJPCA’s Data Resources Library is a centralized repository for collecting and disseminating data and resources relevant to New Jersey’s Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other community members. This database offers county-level data on demographics; health need indicators; MUA/MUP/HPSA designations; and healthcare access points in New Jersey.

These data resources are intended to provide community health center-related information for new and existing health centers, community members, legislators, and advocacy groups. Sources of data include, but are not limited to, the US Census Bureau, NJ Department of Health, Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
