OVERVIEW
NJPCA along with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) has retained Coding & Compliance Initiatives, Inc. (CCI) to provide education services related to clinical documentation improvement and coding guidelines for ICD-10 CM.
This training workshop is tailored for physicians and non-physician practitioners to prepare them for a successful transition to ICD-10 requirements pursuant to the October 2015 deadline. This course provides a solid background regarding the documentation required by providers to support the ICD-10 codes and severity of the patient’s condition.

- Brief Overview of ICD-10
- ICD-10 Core constructs
- Documentation and its impact
- Example Documentation requirements
