PRESENTER OPPORTUNITIES AT NJPCA’S 2025 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
NJPCA is currently accepting proposals for consideration to present at our 2025 Annual Conference on September 17 & 18 in Atlantic City, NJ.
The New Jersey Primary Care Association (NJPCA) will host its 2025 Annual Conference, Community Health Centers: A Vision for Health, A Mission for Care, at Caesars Hotel in Atlantic City on September 17 & 18, 2025. This event, attended by more than 250 healthcare professionals, aims to educate, and provide health center staff and executives with actionable insights to address challenges and emerging trends in primary care across various subject areas.
PRESENTER REQUIREMENTS
Presenters will contribute to critical learning experiences and foster meaningful conversations among clinicians, support staff, and professional leadership. Presentations should be forward thinking to address future community health center trends and potential challenges. Interested individuals or organizations must have experience working with FQHCs and be familiar with the unique challenges within the FQHC setting.
- Presentation proposals should address one of the subject matter areas of interest (see Presentation Topics below).
- More than one proposal may be submitted. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance.
- PowerPoint presentations must be shared with NJPCA no later than August 6, 2025. All presentations must be made available to NJPCA and will be shared with training registrants.
PRESENTATION TOPICS
Educational sessions at the conference focus on financial sustainability, workforce development, health center operations, clinical quality improvement and other relevant topics. NJPCA is seeking proposals from qualified subject matter experts to design and facilitate workshops for our 2025 Annual Conference in the following subject matter areas:

PROPOSAL REVIEW, SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Presentation topics are reviewed based on the quality and clarity of the content, subject relevance, and the strength of the learning objectives, as well as the presenter’s experience working with FQHCs. Presenters should clearly outline the activities, methods, or techniques they will use to engage participants, as well as any resources they plan to provide.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their proposal submission by Monday, June 16, 2025.
