Position Summary
The Family Medicine Physician will expand access to high‑quality primary care in Monmouth County, NJ, providing holistic care for individuals and families of all ages. The physician will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver culturally responsive, patient‑centered services and support meaningful, community‑based care. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse community.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Deliver patient-centered, holistic primary care to individuals and families of all ages within established productivity and quality guidelines
2. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record
3. Ensure compliance with NJ Department of Health regulations and other accrediting bodies
4. Participate in team-based care within the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model
5. Engage in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and performance enhancement activities
6. Provide in-service education and collaborate with staff development efforts
7. Support community outreach programs and represent CHC services in the community
8. Uphold infection control, safety standards, and organizational policies
9. Provide supervision to clinical staff as appropriate
10. Contribute to a positive, mission-driven workplace culture focused on respect, collaboration, and excellence

Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications:

1. Licensed Physician in the State of New Jersey
2. Board Certified in Family Medicine
3. Experience in primary care; FQHC experience preferred
4. Active CDS and DEA license
5. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
6. Valid NJ driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors.  Exposure to blood, body fluids and communicable diseases. Sitting, fine motor hand movement, standing, walking, lifting 40 pounds, pushing, reaching, pulling; working with thermometer, sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, otoscope, ophthalmoscope, needles, syringes, EKG machine, venipuncture equipment, other diagnostic equipment, spirometry treatment, culture mediums, telephone, fax, photocopier, computer, printer.

Salary
In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $200,000.00  to USD $$296,000.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
